Health & Safety Advice

Competent Person Service

JCH Safety provide a range of health and safety services and advice to businesses, schools and churches. We provide one-off services to fix issues you may have, such as carrying out risk assessments or training, and we also provide low cost retained service agreements. This is popular with organisations who need regular support but who are not in need of a full-time, in house safety advisor. A retained service agreement allows you to have fixed price support without compromising your access to competent safety advice. Having access to competent safety advice is a legal requirement. Our service is popular with many schools and small businesses who benefit from regular site visits and building safety tours. We often work closely with schools when they are having building or refurbishment works carried out and also assist with liaising with the HSE when required.

Our competent person service provides clients, throughout Coventry and Warwickshire, with advice and information on how your business can further develop health and safety procedures in order to improve legal compliance. We keep prices low by focusing on client needs, having low overheads and having high quality online health and safety management software for our clients to use.

We can support your organisation in person, via telephone or by email. Whatever questions you have, we can be on hand to help you find answers and support you to implement recommendations.

If you’re running a new start-up business or developing your current business or organisation further we can help give you the information and advice needed to ensure you are fully compliant with the latest health and safety legislation. We have worked with both start up businesses and newly formed school academies. We have the experience to assist you fully.
